I'd like to thank the list members that responded to my questions on the operations of the power cars used with the Q's gallery cars. It does seem to make sense that the crews would prefer to use the doors on the gallery cars, which offered a wider door opening than what was available on the power cars. The wider doors would of course mean less station dwell time for the trains. Thanks again, Ed Pavlovic |
