Leo- You're correct about Swift. It was on the east side of 1st Ave. just north of the tracks on the far east side of town. As for the other, my grandfather worked at Conco (or Conkey's as the locals called it) and I believe it is a FS Co-Op . I'll be back in Mendota in a day or two & I'll check on it.
