A Bulletin would be nice.
I believe the information in the roster would be in the public domain but you
could not just cut and paste the roster as printed. You would have to write
new text, gather new & different photo's and put the whole thing together. I
do not feel there would be a problem as mutiple books have been writen on
other subjects.
Now WHO wants to do the WORK?
