Challenger Imports, LTD Class HK-50-4 and HK-50-3 Ballast cars

I would like to know the era of these two cars, my era is 1935-1939 is
either of them appropriate? I saw the ad in the new Mainline Modeler and
thought I might get a couple if they are in my era.
