Steam on Suburban

A couple weeks ago we were talking about how the steam engines got to Eola 
after there were just a handful left in this service. During the discussion 
on Sat at the meet J.F. Schmid (long time engineer and practical 
joker)cleared that up for us when asked by advising that he had been a 
hostler at that time and would be driven from Eola Rdhse to Aurora and bring 
the steam engine to Eola for servicing. Leo
