Hi Leo,

I also under stand your confusion.  As busy as that line is, the 
freight trains usually keep the snow passable.  May need to run a 
flanger or a spreader to widen things out, but busy mainlines don't 
get snowdrifts deep enough to stop trains.

So did the freight side also shut down?
