[CBQ] MTH HO Cars

Looks like MTH is releasing the Empire State Express in HO scale.  A cursory 
look at the cars compared to pre war car diagrams in the Passenger Car Library 
shows some may be close or at least good stand ins compared to other offerings 
out there.  Of course some name changes would have to be made.
