That B1 is most likely BL for  Blue Island.  Pete talked about icing cars there.  Sounded like panic time for the YM. It's neat to see that the conductor didn't bother to fill in home road initials.

I didnt receive the wheel report but heres what I think youre seeing. in all things RR short is required to reduce writing and space. Much work was abbreviated to station call letters that were lefto
