Several questions:   Does the /66 mean that the car was built in 1866?  /00 built in 1900?   It looks like Pullman had one car named Omaha built in 1900 and another in 1902.  What happened to the 190

If it was built by Pullman, the car should have the Lot stamped in a variety of places. It should be relatively easy to discern builder by looking at the windows and above or on the door frame. The n
