Are there any reports on whether the Mississippi River has crested yet in the Savanna area? Does anyone know what the height of the water was there at crest? I was a student at Loras College in Dubuq

I remember that flood of '65. I was riding the eastbound Denver Zephyr, and we detoured at West Burlington south to the Santa Fe's bridge at Ft. Madison. The water was right up to the rail head, and
