Those electric busses ran at least through the  50's and maybe longer.  The old "Carbarn" was located along St. Joe Avenue in NE St. Joe not far south of the  "Vinegar Bridge.  Tom Parisoff and other

My family moved from St. Joe in 1967. The trolley buses has just ended operation the previous year. They were operated by St. Joseph Light & Power. This link will take to you the Google News Archive
