My experience agrees with yours. The DZ, both versions 1 and 2, was lettered Burlington on its nameboards. The Burlington trains with train names on the letterboards were California Zephyr, Empire Bu

Don't forget that the Pullman cars on the 1936 DZ had PULLMAN in the letterboard until the Pullman divestiture. Other stainless anomalies were: * Tail cars on the articulated Pioneer, Twin and Mark T

And remember all the postwar Pullmans (Sleeping Cars) including the Slumbercoaches, except the CZ Pullmans carried the word "Pullman" in the small letter boards on the car ends. Of course the CZ cars
