Actually, the 1936 DZ sleepers had Pullman on the Letterboards.
There is a nice picture of two of the sleepers in Denver's Railroads: The
Story of Union Station and the Railroads of Denver by Kenton Forrest and
Charles Albi. They had just been in a minor mishap with a Rio Grande Steam
Locomotive. The letterboards clearly show PULLMAN.
