RupertI didn't get into the Bulletins and thanks for the info. I don't know anything about the cars beyond what I've posted; maybe they were covered in the Railway Age from the time they were built.

RupertNot with a high degree of precision.... the only reverse side of the cars with the cream compartment that have popped up were O Scale kits from the 40's. I have a hunch they were correct as man
