- Russ; Denny is refering to refrigerator cars that were lettered for the C&S, not their entire freight car fleet. The reefers in question had CX reporting marks for a substantial period of their servi

- According to Bulletin #12 C&S Reefers 50050-50249 were built in 1923. In 1932 they were leased to BREX and reporting marks were changed from C&S to CX. Kenneth Martin -- Yahoo! Groups Sponsor --~-->
