Jonathan, I don't have the Jones books, but looking at the Spoor and Holck books, I am pretty positive at least two of the pictures are the General American 53' Express Reefer. These were REA wooden

Jonathan, The Sunshine kit allows you to pick the decals for the era you are modeling. Since I am modeling 1950, I picked the smaller lettering without the REA herald. These come as part of the kit.
