I saw the rail removal train on the final run as it passed through New Truxton, MO which was my home town. The power was a single GP30 in BN paint. Not sure when the depot was removed, but many were

Rupert, Interesting that the spray car is one of the NALCO (National Aluminate Corporation) cars rather than a Q spray car. NALCO and R. H. Boogle Co. were big spray contractors with the railroads. I

Michael, While the construction is somewhat similar, I don't thinks the NALCO caboose is from the D&SL caboose. The NALCO caboose has a much shorter wheelbase. Nice Pic of the D&SL caboose at the Col
