After reading Glen's message 67924 and Dave's message below, I compared the image in question, to an image I just posted to SmugMug (below) from 9/44 of the bridge crossing the Missouri at Plattsmouth.  As Glen points out, both sides of the bridge had changed, but the the piers and the approach looks identical between the two pictures.

I think we can label this as the original bridge at Plattsmouth, as Dave and Glen state.  Agreed?

I'm fairly certain this is original Bridge 3.80 at Plattsmouth.  The original bridge had 2 truss spans, and the westerly 400' span was replaced in 1902 ( I think) with a more modern truss span, and the easterly truss was replaced with two 200' deck trusses.  So any photos of the current bridge won't look anything like this one.
