Bryan,

I've attached a scan of 110DC taken at Cicero in January 1964. It is a 
TIF image. I had scanned the slide at 4600 dpi so you can zoom in to see 
the detail.
I do not see anything below the Burlington.

This is the number pair I asked about Rapido doing instead 110AB. The 
110CD set lasted until May 1964.
Maybe it is not too late for them to change number offering?
