Good evening!
Registration continues for our 2024 BRHS Annual Meet in Mendota. The dates this year are from Thursday, September 19 thru Saturday, September 21. Attendance looks good - BUT - there's always room for YOU!
Activities start Thursday evening with a "Welcome Reception" at the Mendota Railroad Museum (located at the Amtrak station). All local museums will also be open. On Friday, we will be touring CB&Q locations in the area. Saturday, all activities are at the
Mendota Community Center. We'll have the required annual membership meeting followed by the ever-popular Swap Meet, clinics and the Saturday evening Banquet and Keynote Speaker. Details for all of these activities can be found on the BRHS website (www.burlingtonroute.org).
As is the case these days, our catering contractors are requiring the numbers for all meals to be submitted on Friday, September 6. Therefore, to ensure you receive a meal,
all registrations (either online or mailed in) MUST BE RECEIVED no later than Friday, September 6!
Any registrations received after that date will not be receiving a Friday lunch on the bus tour, Saturday lunch or Saturday evening banquet.
If you plan to mail in your registration, we're asking that you also send a quick email to registration@burlingtonroute.org with the following information: Name, Phone, email, Hometown, Full Fare or Saturday Day Fare, Friday lunch selection, Saturday lunch selection.
Please include the same information for any guests. We will contact you with any issues and settle up when you check in at the Meet.
