Larry comments: “Chicago once played host to the World’s Largest Livestock Show each year around this time at The International Amphitheater 4300 South Halsted Street. Here’s a poster from the Burlington Route advertising Extra Sections to keep up with public demand for the perennial event. There were similar posters for the Chicago Northwestern, South Shore, North Shore, Milwaukee Road and CTA in existence.
