Hi Rupert.  I found a couple of TT at the Galesburg Railroad Museum this morning that are close.  We have one from December 1, 1898 with a red cover and the fold over format.  Pages 21 and 22 are Denver, Lincoln and Omaha to Peoria and Chicago and pages 23 and 24 are the opposite direction.  We also have a 1882 horseblanket type tt for the Chicago and Galesburg Divisions, a November 1893 for the Chicago, Galesburg and St. Louis divisions and one for the Iowa Division for the same date (November 5, 1893).  I would be glad to scan any or all of these for you, just let me know if any sound interesting for your article.  Bud Linroth ( for the Galesburg Railroad Museum).

Thanks (and to Mike) but I already have an extract from the 1897 Guide. I am hoping to find an actual timetable.

I have 1897 Official Guides for Jan, Feb, Jul, Aug.  Would have to cut out the CB&Q info, as each book is over 300,000 K.  Which month would you like?  Jim Gattis  G4Trains@gmail.com

Would anyone have a timetable for 1897 – I’m needing a scan of the Chicago-Denver train times for a BRHS article.

Thanks
