It appears the cab cars will have the various external lighting bits (headlight, strobe, etc).  It's not noted on the Rapido site how they are controlled--external wand, DCC, teeny slide switches on the bottom of the car, ??????? 

But no mention is made of sound.  I do see a horn up top.
So it might come to pass that a person would want to install a speaker in a cab car.  And DCC, if there was none.  SO many windows!!!
