Macon MO seems a much more likely location, the highway over bridges in the background seem to fit these ones from BRHS Flickr for Stations and Depots Lines East Album Page 12

Someone on Trainorders threw out Macon, MO on the Brookfield Sub looking west towards the S. Rubey Street and S. Rollins Street bridges. After looking at some aerials, I can see that is a pretty good possibility
