There is an image on the BRHS Flickr section of the same loco at the same location but now with cars attached

Its labelled as Omaha NE

As I'm based several thousand miles to the East, cannot comment on the accuracy of the label

Someone on Trainorders threw out Macon, MO on the Brookfield Sub looking west towards the S. Rubey Street and S. Rollins Street bridges. After looking at some aerials, I can see that is a pretty good possibility

I don’t know the location but the combination of that Zephyr 79 MPH speed sign, all that code line and what looks to be a single track main eliminates the “east end”(Aurora-Chicago), the “mainline” between Aurora and Galesburg and the LaCrosse division and any branch lines.

Good morning group,
This picture was posted on trainorders.com today. They were looking for a location, do anyone know?

Thanks
Erik
