Attached is an article from the Galesburg water department stating that Galesburg started using the Oquawka pipeline in the 1950's.  I have some photos of the CB&Q water treatment plant at Saluda that were taken by the company photographer.  I will hunt for them later today.

I don't believe the Oquawka line was built until the 1950's.
