[CBQ] Allen McClelland has had a stroke

Sad news to report. Off of the V&O fb page, Allen McClelland, pioneer of the 
hobby had a massive stroke . Allen was a huge influence on my way of coming up 
with the IMRR and how to model. He was a gracious host when I visited the Afton 
Division as a member of the V&O Historical Society. Just a nice person.

'It is with a heavy heart I pass this information on. I  have just been 
notified by Doug McClelland his uncle Allen McClelland had a massive stroke 
last night. He is brain dead. Has do not recesitate orders. Decisions are 
currently being made.'
