Don a quick search of the internet offers a few clues.
Doesn’t appear to be any Sanborn maps of the community, it was not incorporated until 2002. This history does mention the elevator, as well as other businesses.

Subject: [CBQ] Millbrook, Illinois industries
I'm modeling the village of Millbrook, IL on the Fox River Branch in 1966. One reason for choosing Millbrook is the fact that 3 of the 4 on-line structures as seen in a 1969 aerial photo are still standing (as of 2017). There is a large grain elevator, a Quonset type of building (maybe feed store?) and in between is a simple structure that looks like a modest house, but must have been some type of business (there is a door on the track side).
Can anyone please tell me the purpose of these structures, their business names and the loads they would receive?
Thanks!
Don Winn
