It’s their pilot model. I don’t know if they incorporated my suggestions in the marketed version. The decals I got are wrong for the SM-18, and so are several construction details. Keep in mind that I did a lot of enhancements beyond the basic kit, mostly on the brake system. The chief flaw is the lack of depth of the Z-channel in HO. In O scale, that would be exacerbated considerably, so a complete redesign would be necessary  to do an O scale model of any credibility. Keep in mind I’m a prototype modeler, so I’m particular about prototype accuracy. For now, the Sunshine resin kit in HO is the best option for the SM-18/18A in HO, but it’s out of production.

I am a 3-Rail O-gauge modeler.

I don’t know how close your assembled model of Leadville’s kit & Decals matches either the SM-14 or SM-18 prototype stock car.

However, if an O-gauge model of this was available as decorated by you, I would be very pleased & happy to own a couple.
