That paint scheme is almost enough to induce me to move my cutoff date up to 1961.

Here’s the Intermountain 1958 cubic foot 2 bay closed side covered hopper that is currently in their catalog just for completeness.  Build date of December, 1948 on this model.  Black roof on this one.
