Thanks for the quick fix.  I was able to go online (through the BRHS website) and reserve a room with two queen beds.

If you are planning to attend the Duluth Meet next month, the hotel cutoff is coming up soon on August 15th. After that date, the special BRHS rate will be unavailable and rooms may not be available.

I just spoke with the hotel and they have added more two queen bed rooms to the block, so if you ran into issues trying to book this type of room, you shouldn't have any issues now.
