This is obviously a high-season (June to mid-September) consist, and the Cable Car dome-buffet-dormitory is missing.  To replace it, I'll suggest that the spare (7th) CZ dome obs. is running backwards behind the baggage car to provide partial dormitory space (the remainder provided by available space in the sleepers) and its lounge is in-service as a partial replacement for the Cable Car, with the dining car behind it serving the Cable Car menu.  The three rear sleeping cars (those immediately of the [rear] dome-observation are extra high-season cars which frequently included cars from SP and UP.  (The third-from-the-rear car looks to be an SP car.)
