[CBQ] Hand Signs Clinic at Spring Meet

As FYI, For those who want to understand how train and engine crews 
communicated before radios were widely available you won’t want to miss the 
Hand Sign Clinic at the BRHS Spring meet on May 7. 
You learn signs for tracks with names, like for the main, scale, house, team 
and many others. Theres even signs to tell you’re fellow crew members it’s time 
to eat. You’ll learn how to advise your fellow members you need to use the 
bathroom.
