The discussion and photo were about a box-like covering that was attached to the FM-14 flat cars to convert them to haul the bodies of WWII bombers.  They are covered in detail in BB15 as mentioned by Nelson and are available for purchase at the BRHS Company Store on www.BurlingtonRoute.org.
