In World War II they needed to ship B-26 bodies fron one factory to another so 
the Q took some XA-14 and raised the roof and end doors. This allowed the 
bodies to fit.
Later they needed to ship B-29 bodies so the Q built a steel box to fit on a 
flat car. This is what the photos shown in this thread are.
When the war ended the steel boxes were removed and set on the ground.
This is covered in BRHS BULLETIN no 15. Which is available from the company 
store
