Michael Johns published the book in 2009. Much of the material was furnished by the late Don Young. Don gave me his proof copy of the book where he was checking for errors. Address in the book is Milepost 208 Publications, P.O. Box 225, Chillicothe, MO 64601. Michael is now a retired railroader and according to one of his former co-workers, is living in Chillicothe, MO.
