My sources in Omaha said the location is not 24th & Burt in Omaha. It is 43rd & Emile at Univ of Nebraska Medical Center on the MoPac.

The car is CB&Q 89146 which would be an FM-14/FM-14A. If you increase the photo to maximum magnification, it has a built date of 03-40.
