And the train in the photo is not C&S No. 8, as the seller states, but one of the Burlington's "Springtime in the Rockies " specials from Chicago loading passengers for the return trip from Colorado Springs (at the Santa Fe depot used by northbound trains).  The "Poplar Branch" was being used as the dormitory car for the dining car crew -- the diner being the car behind it.

The name looks like Poplar Branch, which was a 6-6 sleeper numbered 669.
