Another question for the Chicago-Twin Cities passenger train book.

The North Coast Limited didn't always ride the CB&Q to Chicago. The train premiered in 1900. I believe the Milwaukee Road first handled it to Chicago, but I don't have those years straight. In 1911 it started running over the Chicago & North Western and I know that continued until at least 1916. But when did it finally move to the CB&Q?
