Ricky/Jim - If you go to the BRHS website Members Section and enter the Flickr SW7 and SW9 Photo Album, there are a good number of both black/white and color images of the switchers showing both the later larger Burlington lettering and earlier smaller Way of the Zephyrs and Everywhere West letterings.
Both the fire cracker and wagon wheel radio antennas appear to have been randomly used on the switchers regardless of how they were lettered. The images show the differences 'tween the SW7 and SW9 models, plus subtle variations within the individual model such as the all-weather window boxes on some cabs.
The Flickr Albums are an excellent visual resource for modelers on how a particular locomotive appeared at some point in its service life - Louis
