I downloaded this picture a while back and identified it as Hillsboro iA. 

 

However now I can’t find anything else on it. It looks like it is still existing and at a park or tourist road.

 

Can anyone identify this for certain and maybe tell me where it is?

 

I plan to do some depot hunting on the way to St. Louis in Oct.
