Bob,

Yes, it is CB&Q 509, but it I believe that NWS&W has substituted a C&NW tender. Photos in the BRHS Flickr gallery of the locomotive in service on the Q do not show the reinforced coal bunker. Rather, it has an almost stock USRA tender. The attached photo shows the same locomotive at Eola in 1950.
