Thanks for the correction on the build date. I've updated my file on these cars.

The 1960 summary of CB&Q equipment says this about this series:

Series 23000-23099 built 1955. 100 in service and in Good condition. Door openings 8 ft. DF loaders. Superior doors. One-wear steel wheels 51/2" x 10" axles. Chrysler trucks, Waugh underframe, Armco steel flooring. Cars 23069 to 23073 inclusive assigned to Buick Motor Division.

The 1969 summary of CB&Q equipment updates this information:

Series 23000-23099 built 1966. 96 in service and in Poor condition. Door openings 8 ft. DF loaders. Chrysler trucks, Waugh underframe, Armco steel flooring. Due for overhauling.
