Seeing this thread rang a small bell in my head -
Go with me here, the thoughts haven't gelled yet...
FWIW, some RPO group was selling RPO tariffs or routes or something like that on ebay recently. I bought one for the Q in Nebraska. No idea where I stashed.
Ah, hunted down the seller: railway_mail_service_library and it was a RPO 'schedule of mail routes' for all RRs serving NE CO and WY.
They had other listings, maybe they have more listed.
