On my pdf timetable page of Ed Gibson's site, I have a number of RMS schedules that show CB&Q RPO and CP (closed pouch) runs. https://wx4.org/to/foam/maps/and_timetables5.html In particular look at Regions, 6 (Illinois and Iowa), 7 (Kansas and Missouri), 10 (Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin), 14 (Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming). I have Frank Scheer of the Railway Mail Service Library for providing many of these scans. Other items of interest to this group are the Burlington employee timetables and the Chicago Union Station employee timetables. Hope this provides relevant additional information.
