[CBQ] What's for lunch?

I can do various sauces, but many variations exist, so this will be an 
extra one and perhaps better than some. I've ridden the Cit Of New 
Orleans several times, both before and after Amtrak and always enjoyed 
those special experiences of white table service. I also have ridden 
Southern ( mostly when I was a youngster traveling with my Mother ) , 
L&N, and Central of Georgia. All had great  diner service. I appreciate 
your kind posting. Unfortunately I never had opportunity to ride The Q. 
My wife has ridden both the CB&Q and UP. She and youngest daughter did a 
round the west via Amtrak, City to Chicago, Chicago to San Francisco, 
Down the coast to L.A. and back to Mobile via the Sunset. I had to stay 
home due to work commitments, but they had a great time.
