Not sure what number you may need, but I was just in Mark Twain Hobbies in O’Fallon (St Louis) MO and they had at least two numbers. I did not write them down though.

Try Spring Creek Model Trains in Deshler, NE.  No guarantee but they stock a lot of Tangent.

Just an FYI, if you are thinking about purchasing the latest Tangent CB&Q covered hopper (GATC 4180 Airslide circa 1966) I recommend acting soon.
The hoppers come in four road numbers and the fourth is already sold out.  As I found out the hard way!
Very few hobby shops have any of the cars in stock period.
Tangent still has the first three road numbers in stock and orders are taken directly.
