Nelson,

The Q may not have classified scale cars as MOW cars. There may have been a 
distinction between MOW and Company Service. Wreck cranes, fuel cars sand cars, 
company flat cars, business cars and even snow plows were never painted Omaha 
orange. Wreckers and fuel cars were painted black. Sand cars and flat cars were 
mineral red and the business cars were either Pullman green or Silver.
