Thread-topic: [CBQ] Q express box cars
Does the listing indicate if the storage mail boxcars were converted troop
kitchens or XM-33? Another possibility is a foreign road. PRR. SP. UP, B&O,
NYC, etc. frequently sent express boxcars to destinations West of Denver. Some
was interchanged in Omaha (UP and SP for example) and some in Denver. Listing
'storage mail boxcars' doesn't provide enough information.

Burlington Route Passenger Trains Volume 3 by Strauss has listings of three
mail trains with "storage mail boxcars" in December '64
