NOTICE TO ALL BRHS MEMBERS

Please read the following notice regarding the status of the 2020 Annual Meet:

 

We regret to announce that the 2020 BRHS Fall Meet in Duluth will be postponed. The health and safety of our members and guests is our primary concern and there is no way we can guarantee that at this time. Additionally, based on the guidelines and restrictions in place by the State of Minnesota in their Covid-19 reopening plan, we cannot guarantee that a gathering of our size will even be allowed by early September. Waiting longer to see if conditions improve would put the Society at risk financially as we are rapidly approaching the point where deposits become non-refundable and that is a risk we cannot take. As such, we will be rescheduling our Duluth Meet for 2022 as we are already scheduled to gather in St. Louis in 2021. We had some great surprises planned for Duluth, but the extra time will be to everyone's benefit in regards to some of the planned events. We look forward to seeing everyone in 2021!

 

I wish to acknowledge the efforts over the past year of Co-Chairs, Directors Bryan Howell and

Bill Jelinek, for making the arrangements for this year's Annual Meeting and thank them for their continued dedication to the BRHS in all that they do everyday! The BRHS is in current negotiations to bring a spring meet to the Chicago area next year.
